    MOUNTING OPTIONS If there isn't an existing UL (cUL for Canadian Installation) listed mounting box, then read the following instructions. Disconnect the power by removing fuses or turning off circuit breakers. Secure the outlet box directly to the building structure. Use appropriate fasteners and building materials.

    INSTALLATION OF SAFETY SUPPORT (Required for Canadian installation ONLY) A safety support cable is provided to help prevent the ceiling fan from faIling. Please install it as follows: Step 1.     ATTACHING THE FAN BLADES CAUTION: Remove the rubber shipping blocks attached to the face of the motor. These blocks keep the motor from shifting during shipping and MUST be removed during installation. Screws Step 1. Attach the blade to the blade bracket using the screws and washers as shown in Washers Figure 14.

    INSTALLING THE LIGHT KIT NOTE: Before staring the installation, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse at fuse box. Step 1. Loosen the 3 screws from the switch housing. Step 2. Raise and hold the light kit close to the switch housing. Snap together the wire connection plugs (Fig.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Turn the power on and check the operation of your ceiling fan. The pull chain controls the fan speed as follows: Step 1. 3-speed pull chain controls the fan speed as follows: 1 pull = High, 2 pulls = Medium, 3 pulls = Low, and 4 pulls = off. NOTE: To set the fan blades in reverse, the reverse slide switch is located on the side of the switch housing.
