Get started with SkyCloud

The SkyCloud map displays information about your monitoring devices that are connected to
SkyCloud. The devices are displayed in a list on the side of the map as well as noted by location pins on
the map.
This process explains how to access the SkyCloud map, assemble your devices and connect them to
the cellular network, and then view the devices on the map.

Step 1: Get Digi SkyCloud registration information from Digi

If you do not already have access to SkyCloud, contact your Digi representative to set up your
organization with a user name and password, and to register your device.
Note
If you already own devices that you want to connect to SkyCloud, contact the Digi Support Team
for help registering a pre-owned device.

Step 2: Activate the SIM card in your devices
An M2M SIM card is installed in the Z45 Controllers and Connect Sensor+ devices by default. Contact
M2M Wireless to activate cellular service and connect your device to a cellular network.
For users that do not have an M2M account
Do one of the following:

Call (805) 701-0151, and M2M will guide you through the new account set up process.
