ASSEMBLING THE FRONT FORK LEG

The following procedure applies to the front
fork leg.
NOTE:
9 When assembling the front fork leg, be sure
to replace the following parts:
9 Before assembling the front fork leg, make
sure all of the components are clean.
1. Lubricate:
9 Inner tube's outer surface
9 Fork spring
9 Damper rubber
2. Install:
9 Damper rubber 1
9 Fork spring 2
9 Spring seat 3

9 Inner tube assembly 1
9 Spring 2
9 Coller 3
9 Bushing 4
