CARBURETOR
7. Check:
9 Main jet 1
9 Main nozzle 2
9 Pilot jet 3
Blow out the jets with compressed air.
8. Check:
9 Throttle valve movement
Insert the throttle valve into the carburetor
body and move it up and down.
Tightness → Replace the throttle valve.
9.Check:
9 Starter plunger
9 Starter plunger spring
Bends/cracks/damage → Replace.
10. Check:
9 Fuel hose
9 Oil delivery hose
Cracks/damage/wear → Replace.
Obstruction → Clean.
Blow out the hoses with compressed air.
ASSEMBLING THE CARBURETOR

Before assembling the carburetor, wash all
of the parts in a petroleum-based solvent.
Always use a new gasket.
