Impeller & Diffuser Installations
1. Insert the lower impeller (with large collet nut) onto the shaft.
• Use two flathead screwdrivers to pry the threaded collet
nut and screwdriver shaft over the impeller to force the
impeller lower into the pump shaft.
2. Tighten the nut to the correct torque.

3. Only on the first impeller, place the graphite disc on all models
with the exception of 360SSI in the SSI 6" Series and the 10" SSI
Series models.
4. Slide diffuser over the impeller and upthrust washer until it is
seated completely on the motor bracket.
