1. Remove the mid-mount attachment stop assembly from the machine; refer to
Removing the Mid-Mount Attachment Stop (page
2. Read and adhere to the information provided in
Removing and Installing the Hydraulic System Components (page
3. Clean the area around the hydraulic hose and fitting connections.
4. Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the lift cylinder. Cap or plug the
disconnected hydraulic hoses and fitting to prevent hydraulic system
contamination.
5. Remove the front and rear cylinder pins and remove the lift cylinder form
the machine.
6. If necessary, record the locations and orientations of the fittings for assembly
purposes then remove the hydraulic fittings from the cylinder.
7. Remove and discard all the O-rings from the hydraulic hoses, and fittings
that were disconnected or removed.
