Connect the USB connector of the console drawer with the USB connector of KVM switch unit by provided
USB cable. (See ②)

Plug switch unit USB cable to the USB connector and the VGA connector to the USB connector and the VGA
connector of the first server. (See ③)
4.
Plug the connector on the other side of switch unit USB cable to the server port of KVM switch unit. (See ④)
5.
Connect from second to eights servers with the same steps above.
6.
Plug the power cord into the power outlet. (See ⑤)
Do not power on the server at this step.
7.
Plug the power cord to the console drawer and power outlet. Plug the power cord of KVM switch unit to switch
unit and power outlet. (See ⑥)
Note
Do not use any pow er cord inappropriate for N8143-122F console drawer.
When you bend cables or the pow er cord, make sure that bending radius is
greater than or equal to 60mm. If bending radius is too small, it may break
cables or the pow er cord.
8.
Confirm connection, then turn on the power of the server.
9.
After the server is started, set up and confirm the LCD, the keyboard, and the touchpad. If you change
settings, restart the server.
