Using a handset connected to an N610 IP PRO base
Group pickup
You can also accept incoming calls for the group.
Group pickup must be activated and the call number or SIP URI of the group must be entered.
This has to be configured for the handset via web configurator in the Group pick-up section
(
p. 41).
Accepting/rejecting call waiting
A call waiting tone indicates a call during an external call. The number or the name of the caller
is displayed if the phone number is transferred.

Conversation with three participants

Consultation calls
Make another external call during an external call. The first call is placed on hold.

Call swapping
Switching between two calls. The other call is placed on hold.
During an external call, dial the number of a second participant (consultation call) or accept
a waiting caller . . . the display shows the numbers and/or names of both call participants

Ending a currently active call

speak to the new caller. The previous call is placed on hold.

to enter the number of the second participant . . . the active call is placed
