different.
Reset the image addresses to match (through the host
application).

The roll number in the upper and lower cassettes are
different.
Reset the roll numbers to match (through the host

Insert matching cassettes
The upper cassette is on side 1 and lower cassette is on
side 2.
Insert two identical cassettes.
