Hot Swap Controller Fault Condition

In case of a hot swap power fault or over current fault, the AMD1026 operates on standby power
(IPMB_3.3 V) to record that a hot swap power fault was the cause of power failure.

Compact PCI Interface Operating Mode

The AMD1026 monitors the various operating modes of the Compact PCI interface by checking
the SYSEN-, and RSS- backplane signals. SYSEN- is defined by PICMG* 2.0 and 2.16
CompactPCI standards. RSS- indicates whether the backplane supports RSS.
For definitions of the IOX board's various operating modes, refer to
Interface
Control.".

Rear Panel Eject Switch

The ADM1026 has the capability to detect an eject request from an RPIO board (through the IOX
board's J5 connector).

Backplane Geographical Address

The ADM1026 can read the geographical address of the system (backplane) that the ZT 4901
resides in. The backplane Geographical Address is defined by the PICMG 2.0 CompactPCI
Specification.

Rear Panel Board Presence

The ADM1026 can detect the presence of a rear panel I/O board through the J5 RPIO connector.
