OPERATION

The GOVERNORS are regulators:
• self-operation;
• low pressure suitability;
• with safety diaphragm.
Tab. 4.18. describes the operation of the equipment in a simplified manner:
Step Description
The upstream pressure (A):
1 • powers the regulator;
• is regulated by the balanced plug system (B) to the downstream pressure value (C) required by the user.
In the event of a rupture of the working diaphragm (D), the presence of the safety diaphragm (E) limits gas

dispersion into the atmosphere to 30 l/h.
