Movement of the watercraft when op-
erating in neutral may be due to wind
or water current.
1. Hold down the VTS up or down
button for 0.5 Sec to enter the
N N e e u u t t r r a a l l A A d d j j u u s s t t mode.
The message N N e e u u t t r r a a l l A A d d j j u u s s t t will
be displayed.
2. Adjust the Neutral position:
– Watercraft is moving forwards -
press the VTS DOWN button.
– Watercraft is reversing - press
the VTS UP button.
Adjust to achieve no movement
when the engine is at idle.
1. Bow up
2. Bow down
3. Press OK button or wait 25 sec to
exit the N N e e u u t t r r a a l l A A d d j j u u s s t t mode.

From neutral, tap on the throttle lever
to shift into forward. The gate will
move to forward thrust position and
the watercraft will accelerate forward.
From reverse, release the iBR lever
while applying throttle moderately.
From braking, simultaneously pull in
the throttle lever while releasing the
iBR lever. The watercraft will acceler-
ate forward after a short delay.

Reverse can only be engaged be-
tween idle speed and the threshold
forward speed of 14 km/h (9 MPH).
1. Pull in the iBR lever at least 25%
of the lever travel.
2. Release the iBR lever to end re-
verse operation.
3. Apply enough throttle to stop rear-
ward movement.

When operating the iBR lever in re-
verse mode, the throttle lever can be
used to control engine RPM, and thus
the
amount
produced.
By modulating both the iBR and throt-
tle levers simultaneously, reverse
thrust can be more precisely con-
trolled. Too much RPM will create
water turbulence and reduce reverse
efficiency.
N N O O T T E E : :
Engine power will be reduced to idle
whenever the iBR lever position is
changed.
Available engine power is limited in re-
verse mode, which limits reverse
speed. However, speeds above 14
km/h (9 MPH) may be obtained in re-
verse depending on conditions.
