Directory Options section

The
Directory Options
information about your telephone that is related to the Common Network
Directory (CND):
Assign to employee/Do not assign to an
is either assigned to an employee or department, or the telephone is
not assigned.
Common
Name: The system uses your common name to access the
CND information about you and your telephone.
First
Name: Your first name.
Last
Name: Your last name.
Department: Your department.
Employee Prime
your primary telephone. You can have more than one telephone, but
only one primary telephone.
Include in Corporate Directory
telephone data is included in the Corporate Directory Report.

Features section

The
Features
section of the
information about features assigned to your telephone. The features
available depend on the type of telephone, the system configuration, and
your access privileges.
The data for each feature consists of the following three elements:
Feature: The mnemonic that represents the feature.
Description: The full name of the feature.
Modules: The number of Display Based Modules
Modules: The number of Key Expansion Modules
