Remedy
Switch the device on, read error message, remedy the
cause and run a new selftest.
Replace the battery.
Have the device repaired.

Remedy
After unsuccessfully retrying writing to memory the fail-
ure "Not recording patient data" appears see below.
Get the device repaired after intervention
Ignored notification "Disconnect Defib Pads For Test"
during the selftest. Start again selftest.

Switch the device on and check error message.
If other error message is displayed, have the device re-
paired.

Remedy
Replace battery immediately
Replace battery with a stored battery within the temper-
ature limits. Note this message is only disaplyed when
using the rechargeable battery

Shock key was pressed during start-up of the device or
the key stucks. Cycle power off-on again and make sure
that shock key is not pressed
Have the device repaired.
