    Chapter 1 Nortel VPN Router 600 option installation This chapter provides instructions on how to install and replace the following field replaceable units (FRU) in the Nortel VPN Router 600: • LAN, WAN, and serial interface cards • dual inline memory module (DIMM) To install an interface card or DIMM, you must remove the VPN Router 600 chassis from its steel enclosure.
