• Check the luminance setting.
In most cases, the luminance cannot be lowered due to the detection after the process of the lowering of luminance.
However, if there is any possibility to lower the luminance, lower it.
If the above remedy cannot be implemented, lower the panel temperature in such a way as to cool it forcibly by
using an external cooling device separately.
• Check if there is any connection failure such as coming off of connector between the CN300 on the PT1 board
(panel temperature sensor) and CN3004 on the BC board.

- Environmental temperature, exhaust function failure or no space around this unit
- Detected external temperature: 65 ℃ or more (Refer to
Temperature".)

The DC-DC converter for the panel power on the BC board is shut down.

• IC8600 (SSWS, VSS1DS, VSS2DS)
• IC8605 (VOFS1)
• IC8700 (VGMA, VDD_DRV)
• IC8701 (VDDWS)
• IC9000 (VDDDS)
• IC9001 (VCATH)
Remedy
• Check the installation environment.
If the environment temperature is higher than the recommended temperature, lower it.
If there is something that blocks the fan exhaust outlet or ventilation outlet in the rear portion of this unit, remove
it.
Ensure the space around this unit for ventilation.
• Check the connection of the connector.
Check if there is any connection failure such as coming off of connector between the CN300 on the ST1 board
(external temperature sensor) and CN0101 on the BA board.
Check if there is any connection failure such as lifting (edge of the connector is lifted) and coming off of the
connector between CN2800/CN2801 on the BA board and CN6000/CN6001 on the BC board.
