Abnormal Panel Temperature
Factor
• Installation environment
- Environmental temperature, exhaust function failure or no space around this unit
- Detected panel temperature: 65 ℃ or more (Refer to
Temperature".)
• Luminance setting
- High luminance state
• Connection failure
Unit status at an error
The DC-DC converter for the panel power on the BC board is shut down.
Applicable parts (Generated voltage line name)
• IC8600 (VSSWS, VSS1DS, VSS2DS)
• IC8605 (VOFS1)
• IC8700 (VGMA, VDD_DRV)
• IC8701 (VDDWS)
• IC9000 (VDDDS)
• IC9001 (VCATH)
Remedy
• Check the installation environment.
If the environment temperature is higher than the recommended temperature, lower it.
If there is something that blocks the fan exhaust outlet or ventilation outlet in the rear portion of this unit, remove
it.
Ensure the space around this unit for ventilation.

Remedy
1.
Check whether the fuses (F9002, F9003, F9004, F9005) are blown. If any of
these fuses is blown, replace defective parts.

When F9002 is blown:
Check whether the following parts are damaged.
Q9006, Q9007, C9036, D9008, D9009
•
When F9003 is blown:
Check whether the following parts are damaged.
Q9008, Q9009, C9037, D9010, D9011

Check whether the protection diodes (D9012, D9013) are damaged. If any of
these diodes is damaged, replace defective parts.
Check whether a short-circuit is present in the forward or reverse direction.
Remedy
Check whether the fuses (F9000, F9001) are blown. If any of these fuses is blown,
replace defective parts.

When F9000 is blown:
Check whether the following parts are damaged.
Q9002, Q9003, C9034, D9004, D9005
•
When F9001 is blown:
Check whether the following parts are damaged.
Q9004, Q9005, C9035, D9006, D9007
