Maintenance procedures described in this document should be per-

formed only by qualified personnel who have been properly trained by
NOTE
AMETEK.
AMETEK recommends reading the entire procedure before starting
maintenance.
Supplies and parts required for maintenance:
• Phillips head screwdriver
• 3 mm and 4.5 mm hex head wrenches, 9/16" wrench, adjustable
wrench
• Methanol, or similar cleaning agent
• Clean lint-free cloth.
• Kimwipes EX-L tissue (or an equivalent extra low-lint tissue)
®
• Compressed air (can)
• Reagent-grade acetone
• Pharmaceutical-grade distilled water
• Spare parts (see Sample Cell or Particulate Filter Spare Parts Lists in
this chapter).
