Intended use
The Poweo® 300 is a mobile passive patient lifter. It is intended to be used on horizontal floors to
transfer patients. The Poweo® 300 enables a safe working load of up to 300 kg.
The Poweo® 300 safely and comfortably transfer a dependent person, without effort and reducing
the risks of work related injuries to the caregiver.
The Poweo® 300 is suitable for hospital use, and particularly suitable for bariatric care. Being a
multipurpose patient lifter, It can be used from daily transfers to the most specialized transfer.
Contraindications
The Poweo® 300 is NOT intended to be used :
•
On patients with curvature of the spine,
•
On patients with muscle spasm,
•
To transfer patients for long distance,
•
To transfer patients over slopes,
•
To replace wheelchairs or other types of transport.
