The control points presented below only take a few minutes and allow you to ensure a safe use of
your Poweo ® patient lifter:
- Make sure no parts are damaged or show signs of wear.
- Check the tightness of all the safety screws securing the column and the actuator.
- Inspect accessible screws and make sure none are loose.
- Check the lights on the remote control: battery indicator should be solid green,
maintenance indicator should be off.
- Check the features: raise and down the arm, leg opening, and emergency stop.
In case of malfunction, or doubt about the proper operation, do not use the Poweo®
patient lifter. Inform your technical service, your distributor, or contact us at the
address on the back of this manual.
The Poweo ® patient lifters are designed to be used in room temperature, +10 to +40°C.
This should be taken into consideration when transporting the lifter; and therefore
keeping it in a temperate part of the vehicle. Alternatively, the lifter must rest in a
temperate room until the equipment has achieved proper working temperature.
