Department Transfer Recall Time

A call that is transferred to a department and remains unanswered after a set length of time will return to the
transferring station for answering.
To Program:
1. Press 5 on System Timing menu and RETURN
2 . Press l-10 to select appropriate Department Transfer Recall time and RETURN
3. Press 11 toREzVRN to previous menu

A call tbat remains in a parking orbit for a set length of time automatically returns to a timed hold recall
condition at the parking station.

DTMF Extended Dialing
When a telephone user dials a number automatically (autodial, saved number redial, for example) the
duration of the DTMP tones are determined by the user. This function is useful when automatically dialed
numbers access answering machines or bank computers, for example, that require longer than standard
