Unanswered Call Transfer Recall Time
For Direct Department Calling
Description:
A transferred call that remains unanswered in a department after a programmed length of
time will return to the transferring station for answering. Set the department transfer
recall time with this programming procedure.
To Program: 1. Dial 11.
2. Dial 2 (department transfer recall).
3. Choose transfer time.
4. Press
5. Press
To change setting, repeat procedure and make different selection.
