COCKPIT MISCELLANEOUS INSTALLATIONS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

R
EMOVAL
A.
To remove the cockpit headliner
(1)
Remove sunvisor track (1.C.).
(2)
Remove fasteners securing headliner to remaining attaching mounts.
(3)
Tip headliner down to clear overhead console.
(4)
Continue to pull headliner together at aft ends.
(5)
Disconnect drain tubes from fittings at FS274.
(6)
Fold headliner in half without creasing.
(7)
Pull aft and out.
B.
To remove a sunvisor
(1)
Rotate knob to loosen sunvisor clamp.
(2)
Remove sunvisor from rail assembly.
C.
To remove the sunvisor track
(1)
Remove sunvisors.
(2)
Remove fasteners securing track.
(3)
Remove track.
D.
To remove the cockpit curtain:
(1)
Remove fasteners securing overhead track.
(2)
Remove track.
(3)
Slide curtain from end of track.
(4)
Remove curtain.

NSTALLATION
A.
To install the cockpit headliner
(1)
Connect drain tubes to fittings at FS274.
(2)
Align mounting holes in headliner with mounting brackets.
