– Tighten locking screw -1- to 20 Nm, to do so, use the coun‐
terholder - T10172A- with the adapter -T10172/1- .
Caution
Risk of destruction of the engine.
♦ After completing the work, check whether the positioning
screw - T10340- and camshaft clamp -T10477- are re‐
moved.
Further installation occurs in reverse order.

♦ Counterholder - T10172A- with adapters -T10172/1- and -
T10172/1-
♦ Fixing screw - T10340-
♦ Key - T10499-
♦ Camshaft fixer/locator - T10477-
♦ Assembly tool - T10487-
♦ Spark plug wrench , e.g. -3122 B-
♦ Torque wrench -VAS 6583- or -V.A.G 1410-
♦ Insertion tool - T10500-
