Troubleshooting
6.2.2 Black screen in the camera app
Do the following if a black screen is detected in the camera app:
Check whether the image sensor (M1) is connected correctly.

2. Check whether the GPIO_4 pin (Config.done) in Jumper J1 on the add-on board is HIGH. If GPIO_4 is HIGH,
the Crosslink FPGA configuration is done.
3. Check the debug logs:
a) Open Tera Term.
b) Connect to the COM port associated with the FX3 device.
c) Check if any error messages are displayed.
