Cast-In sleeve:
• Ensure that no drill holes have been made.
• Ensure that no corrosion that can affect the strength of the compo-
nent has occurred.
• Ensure that there is no weld damage or deformation to any part of the
component.
• Ensure that the SkyReach Anchor can be inserted correctly and is free
to rotate.
• Ensure that the Cast-in Sleeve is protruding within the accepted
measurement from the concrete column top surface.
Steel Flange Clamp:
• Ensure that no drill holes have been made.
• Ensure that no corrosion that can affect the strength of the compo-
nent has occurred.
• Ensure that there is no weld damage or deformation to any part of the
component.
• Ensure that the adjusting wing nut rotates properly and the jaw is
moving.
• Ensure that the cup is fitted properly in the lower clamp.
• Ensure that the distance between the upper and lower clamp is cor-
rect.
• Ensure that the clamps are perpendicular to the column.
• Ensure that the SkyReach Anchor can be inserted correctly and is free
to rotate.
