• The supplied AC charger can operate in ambient temperatures up to 25°C. At higher
temperatures and during heavy load the charger will reduce or stop charging.
• New batteries are not fully charged and may take more time to charge.

Step 2: Download the Required Companion Applications

Before connecting your Iridium GO! exec to the Iridium network, first download and install the
required mobile applications on smart devices using standard high-speed network.

Step 3: Set up your Iridium GO! exec

Turning the device ON: There are three different ways the user can turn on the device:
1. By pressing the touch power button for 5 secs
NOTE: If the device is powered on with the internal swivel antenna down, the device will warn
the user via a pop-up dialogue if it doesn't detect an external antenna is connected
2. Lifting the internal swivel antenna from the lowered position to an upright position.
3. By connecting the charger (optional). This setting can be modified from within the settings. By
default, the device doesn't power on when charger is plugged in.
NOTE: The first time you take the Iridium GO! exec out of the box, it will not turn on unless you
plug it into the active charger to wake up the device.
