5. Insert the rubber plug in outer flip cover's
unoccupied plug hole and press the plug down into
the hole until the outer edge of the rubber plug is
planar with the surrounding outer surface of the
outer flip cover.
NOTE!
6. If both rubber plugs are being replaced, repeat the
previous two steps to install the other rubber plug.

Perform section 3.2.3 of the flip reassembly.
