4.12 Rubber Plugs that hold the Style-Up Cover

Replacement Procedure
•
Perform section 3.1.1 of the flip disassembly.
Tools needed to perform the following steps:
1. Orient the phone so that the outer flip cover is
towards you.
2. Locate the two round plugs below the Sony Ericsson
logo.
3. Using style 2A tweezers, remove the rubber plug(s)
that needs replacement.
4. Obtain a new rubber plug and orient it so that the end
of the plug with the hole in it is pointed away from
the outer flip cover.
