Symptoms
Powder flow drop
Powder does not
adhere to the part.
Probable causes
Soiling of the powder duct
Plugging of the powder supply hose
Wear and tear clogging of the
powder pump
No high voltage:
- Bad connection of the HVU due to
assembly / disassembly
- Cut low voltage cable
Incorrect setting of U/I
Incorrect pneumatic setting
Disassemble the gun, clean it or change the duct.
Clean the powder hose with compressed air.
Refer to the powder pump instruction manual.
Check the electrical connections of the HVU
Change the low voltage cable
Use "factory" settings
