2.The line between IG conn ection pole and L co nnection pole should not be sho rt circuit, do remember to pass through
the charging indicator la mp when connect th em.
3. There should b e no load between th e IG coil an d E pole.

3．Starting and Charging System Circuit analy se
The start
system is a system charging t he batter y with the output el ectricity o f the AC
generator .
When the i gnition s witch is connected, curren t flows into the
excitation coil, and the coil is initially powere d. When the engine starts ,
stator coi l begin to generate electricity , the exci tation coil is powered by the
output current of st ator coil.
The output power of th e AC gen erator inc reases with the augment of
excitation current. And dec reases wi th the fal l of the current. W hen the
battery voltage （ the voltage of the S end of AC gene rator) reaches the
adjusting voltage, the exci ation curr ent is cut off. And when the
voltage is less than the adjusting volta ge , the v oltage adjustor controls the
excitation current t o adjust the output voltage and keep it i nvariableness.
