8.3.3.

"Green mode" . (only heat pump will work at normal working situation)

Temp range 38°C~60°C, default 50°C
The unit will work or stop according to upper tank and lower tank water temp.
Compressor control:
- When lower tank water temp. < Tset-5°C (parameter 1) or upper tank water temp. ≤ Tset-7°C, or lower tank water temp.
≤ 35°C, than compressor starts.
- When the upper tank water temp. > Tset, and lower tank water temp. > Tset or lower tank water temp. > 60°C, compres-
sor stops;
E-heater on/off for special use: extreme environment protection, malfunction 3 times and malfunction of upper tank water temp
sensor
- Under GREEN Mode, when working limit environmental protection happened, 5 minutes after
compressor is off, and if upper water tank temp. < Tset+1°C, e-heater is on. If upper water tank
temp. ≥ T set+1°C, till upper water tank temp. ≤ Tset-5°C, e-heater is on (the error code is still displayed).
- When high or low pressure malfunction happened 3 times, the unit is locked after 5 minutes. If the
upper water tank temp. < Tset+1°C, e-heater is on. If upper water tank temp. ≥ Tset+1°C, till upper water tank temp. ≤ Tset-5°C,
e-heater is on.
- When there is faulty on upper tank water temp sensor, the E-heater is forbidden to work.
8.3.4.

"Boost mode"

Temp range 38°C~60°C, default 50°C
The unit will work or stop according to upper tank and lower tank water temp.
Compressor control:
- When lower tank water temp. < Tset-5°C (parameter 1) or upper tank water temp. ≤ Tset-7°C, or lower tank water temp.
≤ 35°C, than compressor starts.
- When the upper tank water temp. > Tset, and lower tank water temp. > Tset or lower tank water temp. > 60°C, compres-
sor stops;
E-heater on/off for special use:
- When Tset ≤ 60°C, and upper water tank temp. < Tset-7°C (parameter 14) or when Tset >60°C, and upper water tank
temp. ≤ Tset-3°C, than E-heater is ON.
- When upper water tank temp. > Tset, E-heat is OFF.
- When there is malfunction for upper water tank temp sensor, the E-heater is forbidden to work.
8.3.5.

"E heater only"

Temp range 38°C - 70°C, default 50°C
E-heater control:.
- When upper water tank temp ≤ Tset-7°C (parameter 14) , E-heater is ON.
- When upper water tank temp > Tset, E-heat is OFF.
- When there is a malfunction for upper water tank temp sensor, the E-heater is forbidden to work.
8.3.6.

"Fan Mode"

.
In this mode, the fan will run at low speed, compressor and E-heater are OFF.
8.3.7.

" Defrost mode".

In this mode, the fan will run at low speed, compressor and E-heater are OFF.
Defrosting entry conditions:
• "Normal defrost". When the coil temperature ≤ 1°C, and the compressor accumulatively run over 45 minutes (parameter 6, ad-
justable), and if after that 45 min. coil temperature is ≤ -3°C (parameter 7, adjustable), than the defrosting operation starts.
• "Time defrost". If coil temperature sensor has problem (error code P03), the system will
transfer to Fixed time defrosting program (the same Defrosting interval, parameter 6, default
45min.). When ambient temperature is ≤ 10°C, It starts the defrosting. Defrosting time is 6 min.
If ambient temperature >10°C, the system will not entry defrosting.
Defrosting quit conditions:
• When coil temperature ≥ 20°C (parameter 8, adjustable) or the defrosting time reaches 12 min. (parameter 9, adjustable, the
defrosting operation stops.
After the unit enters defrost or the unit is turned off by manual, the accumulated time is cleared.
The minimum defrost running time is 1 minute.
