The information in this section is intended only for qualified service
personnel. Do not attempt to replace parts or otherwise service the
equipment unless you are qualified to do so.
Switch controller model number (S46/S46T).
Serial number.
Part description.
Component designation (if applicable).
Keithley part number.
Call the Repair Department at 1-800-552-1115 for a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number.
Complete the service form at the back of this manual, and include it with the
instrument.
Carefully pack the instrument in the original packing carton.
Write ATTENTION REPAIR DEPARTMENT and the RMA number on the
shipping label.
