Set Length Range for COOP 25

The scanner can be configured to only decode COOP 25 barcodes with lengths that fall between
(inclusive) the minimum and maximum lengths. To accomplish it, you need to set the minimum and
maximum lengths.
If minimum length is set to be greater than maximum length, the scanner only decodes COOP 25
barcodes with either the minimum or maximum length. If minimum length is same as maximum length,
only COOP 25 barcodes with that length are to be decoded.
