The Launch Pad gives you access to the installed components. Click on
"Fast Spectral Loss" to start the Fast Spectral Loss Measurement Engine
The Fast Spectral Loss Measurement Engine consists of a Client
NOTE
Software which handles the graphical input/output and a Server
Software which handles the communication with the hardware. For
remote control or automation, the controlling program communicates
directly with the Server Software. The server will be automatically
started when you click on "Fast Spectral Loss". The presence of the
server is indicated in the task bar:
