Place the nozzle parts
in the 50 ml centrifuge
tube position D
F
Note the reagent letter
on the tube.
Fill with 25 ml of
cleaning solution and
cap the tube.
Shake the tube
at least 10 times.
Soak the parts as long
as possible: from 10
minutes to 12 hours.
Place the tube in its
original location.
Repeat previous
actions 1 to 5
for each nozzle.
