Nozzle handling
Run the reagent into
the tube of until the
fluid runs free of
bubbles.
The plunger can be
withdrawn further to
accept more fluid. Do
not pull the plunger
completely out of the
barrel of the tool.
Remove the nozzle
adapter tubing
and
express the collected
fluid into the stainer
bowl.
Reinstall the nozzle.
Perform pattern and
volume tests before
reusing the
instrument.
