1. Detaching the Lens Cable
1) Detach the copyboard cover, copy-
board glass, lens cover, rear cover, and
upper rear cover.

2) Remove the three screws @ shown in
Figure 4-201, and detach the upper
frame.

Mark the position of the pulley mount
and the cable mount using a scriber;
see Figure 4-200.
Remove the two @ screws that hold
the pulley mount @ in place; see
Figure 4-202.

5) Detach the cable (cable mount).
Routing the Lens Cable
Remove the two screws that hold the ,--
lens pulley fixing plate in place, and
detach the lens pulley; see Figure 4-
200.
Wind the lens cable around the lens
pulley as shown in-Figure 4-200; then,
fix it using two screws,
Shift the pulley mount to the position
marked with a scriber, and fix it in place
using two screws.
