Follow this procedure to navigate the directory.
Prerequisites
The handset must be active.

Use the CICM Directory
Action
Press the FCN key.
The Function keys menu appears
Use the navigation keys to select Directory.
The Directory appears with the list of directory entries displayed.
Use the down navigation key to move to the end of the list.
Select the item for the action you want to perform.
Press Ok.
