Entering the extension number for the handset

Follow this procedure to enter an extension number for the handset.
Prerequisites
The handset must be in standby mode.

Press and hold the FCN key.
The User Options menu appears
Use the Up and Down keys to scroll through the list and select
Extension.
Press Ok.
The Extension screen appears.
Use the dialpad to enter the extension number.
Press Save.
Perform one of these steps.
