Using the Inbox

Follow this procedure to use the Inbox. If you have enabled the Inbox and
assigned it to a directory number (DN) key, when you miss an incoming call
an envelope icon appears in the top left corner of the display. This icon
disappears after you retrieve the message.
You can assign a maximum of four DN keys to the Inbox.
Prerequisites
The handset must be active.
You must have a call in the Inbox.

Use the Inbox and Outbox
Action
Press the FCN key.
Use the navigation keys to select Inbox from the menu.
The Inbox screen appears.
Use the navigation keys to scroll through the list and select a call.
Press Ok.
Use the navigation keys to select Dial and press Ok.
The handset dials the number. The procedure is complete.
Use the navigation keys to select Display and press Ok.
The call information appears. The procedure is complete.
Use the navigation keys to select Store and press Ok.
The number is added to your directory. The procedure is complete.
