8.1

CUSTOMER CARE

Every maintenance and repair work must be carried out by specialized staff only: get in touch with your local supplier or the
closest customer care centre.

8.2 SPARE PARTS
Only use original spare parts. Non-original parts might cause injuries to you and anyone in the surrounding area, besides
damaging the machine.
To replace any part of the machine, get in touch with a supplier or the closest customer care centre.
9 AIM OF THE USER MANUAL
This User Manual is part and parcel of the machine and aims to provide you with all the information necessary to:
• Properly inform operators about safety issues;
• Handle the machine, both packed and unpacked safely;
Properly install the machine;

Know its operation and limits in depth;
•
• Properly use it in a safe way;
• Perform maintenance operations in a proper and safe way;
• Disassemble the machine in a safe way, in full compliance with the regulations currently in force safeguarding workers'
health and the environment.
Pursuant to the regulations currently in force, the persons in charge of the company departments who purchase this machine
have to carefully read the content of this User Manual and have its users and maintenance workers read the relevant parts.
The time used for this purpose will result in great benefits due to the proper use of the machine and its use being safe.
This document takes it for granted that, wherever the machine is used, the legal provisions in force regulating safety and
hygiene in workplaces are complied with.
Instructions, drawings and the documentation included in this Manual are technical and confidential in nature, they are property
of ECOTECH ITALIA Srl and cannot be reproduced in any way, either fully or partially.
It is also the customer's responsibility to make sure that, if this document is modified by the producer, only the most updated
version of this Manual is present in the places where the machine is used.
ECOTECH ITALIA Srl denies any liabilities due to improper use of the machine, like for instance:
improper use of the machine or use by untrained/unqualified people;

• power supply defects;
• serious defects in the maintenance;
• unauthorized modifications or operations;
• use of non original spare parts, or spare parts not dedicated to the machine;

9.1 STORING THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL
This Instruction Manual should be stored carefully and be kept with the machine every time it is sold during its life cycle.
It should be handled with care, with clean hands, and it should not be laid on dirty surfaces. Its parts should not be removed,
torn off or arbitrarily modified.
The Manual should be stored in a place devoid of humidity and heat and near to the machine it refers to. If it is damaged to such
