7.3 LUBRICATION
Periodically lubricate/grease the mechanical parts involved in the movements of the moving parts of the machine, chains, gears.
For the suitable lubricant, ask your supplier.
7.4 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
It is generally advisable to check the oil level at least once every 8 working hours, and to clean the air filter every 4 hours, or
even more often if you work in a very dusty area.
Remove any pieces of cut grass from the engine head to ensure a better ventilation.
To use the machine efficiently, never push the engine to the extreme; if you see white smoke coming out of the exhaust tube,
slow down.

Inspection
Check the tension of the belt.
Check its wear conditions.
Replace if necessary.
Make sure that the machine does not
move with the progress lever in neutral
position.
Check the efficiency of the brake.
Check for rust and/or cracks.
Check if they are all in their proper
positions and easily legible.
Check if they are all tight in their places
and in good conditions.
Check if there are any leakages and if they
are in good conditions. Replace if
necessary.
Check if it works efficiently.
Blades: check that they are tightly bolted
and in good conditions.
Replace if necessary.
Wire: check that it is tightly in its place.
Replace if worn out.
Shredding disk: check that it is tightly in
its place and in good conditions. Replace
if necessary.
Check the proper tension of the wire.
