The following objects were adapted and have a different meaning. Please also note these
deviations in your user program.
The 053-1EC01 occupies a larger address range of the process input data than the
053-1EC00. Depending on the firmware of the 053-1EC01 used, proceed as follows:
n
Set the S7 addresses for the input bytes to a free address range. In this way you can
take the previously used S7 addresses for your modules. If the EtherCAT slave itself
is explicitly addressed in the user program, then the addresses in the user program
must be adapted at these points.
n
The 053-1EC01 offers variable PDO mapping for its own process data.
To achieve the same process data size as for the 053-1EC00, only the PDO 0x1AFF
n
must be activated. The PDOs 0x1B00 and 0x1B01 should be deactivated.
The changed hardware configuration and (if necessary) the adapted user program must
be finally transmitted to the controller. If the system does not behave as expected, use
the corresponding diagnostics functions of the controller and the EtherCAT slave.
Replace EtherCAT slave 053-1EC00 with 053-1EC01

Object 0x41xx (new)
For each module there is an object 0x41xx, where "xx" cor-
responds to the module's EtherCAT slot. You can use the
subindices to determine all relevant product information
about the module (see manual).
