• Upper respiratory tract (nose, nasal cavity, pharynx)
• Lower respiratory tract (larynx, trachea, bronchial system)
• Ear
Temporary use on the patient (<60 min)
• Home (homecare sector)
• Outpatient and hospital care
• Patients who will benefit from upper/lower respiratory
tract suction
• Patients who will benefit from suction during ENT
treatments.
In case of damage to respiratory and cough function
with disturbance of tracheal, bronchial or oral secretion
elimination:
• Suction during tracheotomy
• Suction during laryngectomy
• Suction if breathing is impeded
Suction for muscular and/or neurological disorders:
• Suction if swallowing is impeded
• Suction of blood, secretions and food particles from the
oral cavity, pharynx and bronchial system
• Suction during ENT treatments.
Not suitable for:
• Continuous operation for drainage procedures in the low
vacuum range (e.g. cardiothoracic or wound drainage)
• Permanent endoscopic use
• Vacuum extraction
• Smoke evacuation
• Liposuction
• Emergency and rescue use
Not suitable for:
• Suction outdoors/during transport
• Suction of flammable, corrosive or explosive substances
• Suction in potentially explosive areas
