TPS ADJUSTMENT

1. Remove the left side cover. ($8-8)
2. Connect the special tool (Mode select switch) to the dealer
mode coupler at the wiring harness.
NOTE:
Check the engine has warmed up before adjusting the TPS.
3. If the throttle position sensor adjustment is necessary, loosen
the screws and turn the throttle position sensor 1 and bring
the line 2 to middle.
4. Then, tighten the screws to fix the throttle position sensor.
% 09930-82720: Mode select switch
The LCD displays the line for 0.4 sec. at a time, and when such
a display repeats two times, it indicates the current position
where the sensor is fixed.
