CAM CHAIN TENSIONER

INSPECTION
Check that the push rod slides smoothly when releasing stopper
1.
If it dose not slide smoothly, replace the cam chain tensioner
with a new one.

CAM CHAIN GUIDE

INSPECTION
Check the contacting surface of the cam chain guide for wear
and damage.
If it is found to be damaged, replace it with a new one.

CYLINDER

CYLINDER DISTORTION
Check the gasketed surface of the cylinder for distortion with a
straightedge and thickness gauge, taking a clearance reading at
several places as indicated.
If the largest reading at any position of the straightedge exceeds
the limit, replace the cylinder.
& Cylinder distortion:
Service Limit: 0.05 mm (0.002 in)
