CLUTCH COVER
• Install the new gasket and clutch cover.
• Tighten the clutch cover bolts to the spesified torque.
" Clutch cover bolt: 9 N·m (0.9 kgf-m, 6.5 lb-ft)
BALANCER SHAFT DRIVE/DRIVEN GEAR
• Install the pin 1.
• Install the balancer shaft drive gear and washer.
• Hold the crank balancer shaft drive gear with the special tool.
% 09920-53740: Clutch sleeve hub holder
09924-52460: Socket wrench 52 mm
• Tighten the crank balancer drive gear nut to the specified
torque.
" Crank balancer drive gear nut:

Use the new nut.
• Lock the balancer shaft drive gear nut with a center punch.
150 N·m (15.0 kgf-m, 108.5 lb-ft)
