    RTA-S06 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Attach the casters 3 to the bottom surface of panel 16 with screws E as Hardware: indicated: • The locking casters 3L go at the FRONT of the panel. • The non-locking casters 3N go at the BACK.
