1-2-2 例行檢查 Routine Inspection
1.檢查壓力錶指針是否於指定讀數。
Check pressure gauge pointer Whether to specify the reading.
2.檢查馬達及零件是否有異音。
Check the motor and parts for abnormal sound
3.檢查注油機與滑道面是否有足夠的潤滑油量。
Check oil filling machine and slide surface have enough amount for lubrication or not.
4.檢查安全護罩及安全裝置是否運作正常。
Check that the safety shield and safety device are working properly.
5.查核水箱、油槽、濾網、盛屑箱定期的清理工作，以免積垢失去功效。
Check the regular cleaning of the water tank, oil tank, filter screen and chip container to
avoid the loss of efficiency.
6.檢查油箱、油槽液面是否到達上限刻度，必要時請添補至上限指標處.
Check if the fuel tank and oil level have reached the upper limit. Please if necessary, fill in
to the upper limit mark.
7.檢查各管線及接頭間的連接是否緊密。
Check that the connections between the pines and connectors are tight.
1-3 安裝場所環境 Installation Environment
1.機台安全的環境應處於能維持精度之場所。
Machine safe environment should be a place which machine can be precise maintained.
2.避免安裝於灰塵多的環境，及環境中含有酸、鹼等腐蝕性氣體。
Avoid installation in dusty environments, and contain corrosive gases such as acids and alkalis
in the environment
3.避免將機台安裝於不平坦地面。
Avoid installing the machine on unflat ground.
4.禁止電源插座供分享使用。
